Below is a list of common questions from our customers.
Q. How long does it take for you you to create a website?
A. Once all text/graphics is received usually a few days to a week.
Q. Where do I get my text and photos?
A. You must supply all your own text, graphics & photos for your website.
Q. Can you update our website for event dates etc?
A. Yes, if you provide us a diary of dates we can amend these whenever needed.
Q. Can you just provide hosting or domains where required?
A. Yes both these can be provided separately at competitive prices. Please contact us.
Q. What is catch all emails?
A. Basically anything before the @ sign to your domain e.g. anything@yourdomain.com will arrive even if misspelled. These type of emails can be forwarded to any email of your choice.
